Acceptance of Terms

- By accessing ahorosa.com (the “Site”), you are deemed to have read and accepted all of the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) listed herein.
- The term “you” refers to anyone who uses, visits and/or views the Site.
- Emma Crooks (“I”, “we”, “our”, “us”) reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, which will be in effect when they have been posted on the Site, and are deemed to be accepted by you once you access the Site.

Offerings

- At Aho Rosa, we offer 1-1 preparation and integration support for individuals working with plant medicines and synthetic psychedelics, empathogens and dissociatives.

- We work with clients only in the preparation phase (before the ceremony/session) and the integration phase (after the ceremony/session).

- We do not supply any physical medicines/substances, nor do we hold any space for the ceremonial or medical use of these substances.

- We cannot advise on where to procure these medicines/substances, nor who or where to work with them in regions whose laws class the medicine/substance/s as illegal.

Liability Limits & Disclaimers

- We disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Site and its products and services.
- We disclaim all warranties, including, without limitation, for any decision or action you may take based on the Site’s materials, or advice given (general or personal) within the Site’s products and services. Any decisions or actions taken by you based on the information provided by the Site and its products and services are at your sole discretion and risk, and you agree to obtain individual, professional advice where necessary.

- We are not responsible for any loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses.

- We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party websites linked to this Site, nor will we be liable for any damages arising from the transactions between you and third-party merchants and service providers linked to our Site.

- We are not responsible for any security breaches or unauthorised access to your information.

- We do not supply, manufacture, distribute or condone the use of any illegal substances, and we do not advise on how or where to access substances in regions who deem the substance/s illegal.
- We disclaim all liability for any damage to your computer systems/loss of data that may result from your use of this Site.

Conduct During Coaching Sessions

- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services at our discretion, at any time.
- In accessing our services, you agree to maintain respect in connection to us, as well as to other members that you may be connected with in group sessions; this includes your agreement not to stalk, harass or unreasonably disturb any service provider or member, and that doing so may result in the termination of our services to you.
- You agree not to send any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising materials, promotional materials, spam or any other type of solicitation to us or other members.

Privacy

- Aho Rosa stores your personal information - including but not limited to your first and last name, contact numbers and email addresses - when you contact us, when you voluntarily sign up for our newsletter or any other promotional materials we offer, and when collected through third parties/cookies.
- Any other personal information you give voluntarily, such as through filling out forms, may also be stored.
- This personal information is stored in your profile within our online systems, and the only people who have access to your information are employees of Aho Rosa. If referrals are necessary, the only information we would share about you would be your name and email.
- We cannot guarantee your privacy when using third party sites that are linked to this Site.

Use of Your Information

- The personal information that we receive from you is used to provide you with the specific services you request.
- We also use your personal information for registration with our email list, and other ongoing communications from Aho Rosa (including offers and other marketing materials), which you can opt out of at any time.
- You can change your personal information or opt out by emailing [email protected].
- We do not rent, sell or share your personal data, except when: we have your permission; we are instructed to do so by court/legal proceedings; we must comply with the law or defend against legal claims; we believe it is necessary to protect against suspected illegal activities, fraud or threats to personal safety.
- We reserve the right to remove a user at our discretion, at any time and without notice.

Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, record, transmit, commercially exploit, edit, communicate to the public or distribute in any way the contents of this Site, other than for your own personal use, without our prior, written consent.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full and in advance in order to schedule a session, unless otherwise discussed. Please see Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies below.

Cancellation Policy

- If you need to cancel your session and you do not want to reschedule, you can do so up to 24 hours before the arranged meeting and receive a full refund (minus any processing fees). This can be done via the link provided to you when you made the appointment.

- If you need to cancel your session within 24 hours of the scheduled meeting and you do not want to reschedule, you will receive a 50% refund (minus processing fees).

- If after 15 minutes of the scheduled session you do not join, you agree to forfeit the full amount of the session.

Rescheduling Policy

- If you need to reschedule your session, you can do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled meeting via the link provided to you when you made the appointment booking.
- Last minute reschedules (within 24 hours of the scheduled meeting) incur a 50% fee - you will receive a 50% refund (minus processing fees), and the next appointment you book will be paid in full.
