Aho Rosa was first conceived of and birthed in the midst of a profoundly healing dieta with Ajo Sacha - beloved master plant - which shortly followed an equally deep and healing dieta with Rose.

This movement is driven by the key intention of bringing much needed pre- and post-ceremony support for individuals working with sacred medicines. This is done through preparation and integration sessions, as well as providing education to all those working with these medicines so that we can feel truly empowered with the tools we need in order to navigate our own healing path.

I have been deeply intertwined in the world of plant medicines for over 6 years. These beautiful beings have helped me to heal and transform my life in ways that I never thought would be possible. I bow in deep gratitude and service to them and to this path.

I believe in the incredible power of plant medicines and psychedelics to bring about deep healing and lasting positive change.

I believe in the safety and integrity of plant medicine spaces.

I believe in the ethical use of plant medicines and the deep need to be in right relationship with all beings, including indigenous peoples and their traditions, the plants themselves, and Mother Earth.

I believe it is our birthright, as children of the Earth, to have access to all sacred plants... to have access to nature... for our own healing, and for that of the collective.
