Aho Rosa was first conceived and birthed in the midst of a profound dieta with beloved Master Plant Ajo Sacha, which shortly followed a deeply healing dieta with Rose, with some key intentions in mind:

... to bring much needed pre- and post-ceremony support for individuals working with sacred medicines, as well as to provide adequate education so that we as individuals can feel empowered with the tools we need to navigate our own healing path.

I have been deeply intertwined in the world of plant medicines for over 6 years, and it is suffice to say that I owe my life to the plants and to this sacred path.

I believe in the incredible power of plant medicines and psychedelics to bring about deep healing and lasting positive change.

I believe in the safety and integrity of plant medicine spaces.

I believe in the ethical use of plant medicines and the deep calling to be in right relationship with all beings, indigenous peoples and their traditions, the plants themselves, and Mother Earth.

I believe in our birthright as individuals of this incredible planet to have access to Mama Nature for our own healing
